I had to take my BMW to stratstone Mini in Derby. I had to return the following week as the Vehicle check re set had not been carried out. When I rang about this there was no apology. We had to make another journey from Nottingham for this.
Good local service with lift and collection to and from work a clear positive for me

Courtesy car ready & waiting & nothing was too much trouble. All issues highlighted were sorted
Car was repaired under warranty no issues within time frame

Everything went to plan and was well looked after by the staff.
Because of all the above, I had to ring to get updates from them to see what's happening also I had to call to make sure the car arrived with them safely, and they didn't fix the fault with my vehicle all they did was delete it 3 times to see it go.

Have been to Stratstone twice(once for 320 xdrive and once for Z4 services). Both have suffered the same issues. Long waiting time to be served, extensive amount of time when handing over car, multiple prices quoted, work said not to be warrantied.
Comments relate to the Stratstone Mini Derby Dealership (not the BMW Derby Dealership). The Service Receptionist - Jessica Atkinson - was very polite, efficient and clear in her explanations. The quality of service was exemplary.
There was a disconnect between the vehicle being finished in the workshop and the complimentary car wash. Car was finished and sitting outside for 25 mins before it was taken to valet. This free car wash added an hour onto my visit.!

I have purchased 4 new BMWs in the past 10 years and this is the worst experience that i have had. 1. The car makes a ratteling sound when i rev up the engine which is very annoying 2. The sat nav goes completely dark and reboots itself after 1.5-2 h
Although I had the report by 10.30 am on the car and the pick up was arranged for 1.00 pm I was told I will be notified of the pick up time. The car was not washed or cleaned & the plastic cover was still on the seat when i picked it up.
Could do so much better with quicker appointments quite a wait everytime i try to book car in.
A work sheet had been signed off as work being completed which wasn't carried out. This makes me question your overall quality commitment!!!!!
A hire car was booked, advised it shouldnt have as it was only an hour drop and could i wait. Advised had to be somewhere in the hour, advised car would be ready - then 45 minutes told there was a delay and they would get a driver to drive me

The service itself went very well but on a previous visit a mistake was made on my service history records. I was told that someone would contact BMW to find out what could be done to rectify and call me back, no one has called yet.
Had to rearrange my day due to service taking longer than expected but was at least kept informed so all good overall
Appalling ability of BMW service centre to service a car, or to fix or diagnose problems, or to keep customer informed, or to get basic job done. Examples- three visits for you to fix problem causing oil light to show - brake check not done as asked.
Can't fault it.

A costly visit with much more £ than expected. Work needed doing so it had to be done. I was taken aback at the standard service, which was a major one. Very expensive
Good service the only issue was that we had to wait almost 50 mins for the taxi and my wife was getting concerned because she had an important meeting.

I ordered a satnav update when booking the service, only to be told when I arrived that they would have to order it. Why was it not there on the day as any other part would have been? They kept my car for 2 days for an update I ended up installing
Taxi pickup was poorly organised and executed; took ages to collect car. Car was not washed after the service, wiper fluid not topped up, was not given a detailed breakdown of what work was done under the end of warranty check.

The only problem was that my front brakes required attention. But as the inspection had been carried out so late - five to six hours after I brought the vehicle in - the work couldn't be carried out the same day and I had to make another appointment

The experience with Sophie was marred by the poor information fed back to her, historic inaccuracies that make me question the quality of service and a poor valet which I had paid for including the mess left on my replaced tyres.
I had 2 free services on my car each time I took it in you had no record of this, I paid for the first one knowing I would get a full refund & it took months for Stratton's to realise there mistake & refund me I never even got an apology
The service was excellent but the wash and vac not so good! Boot not hoovered!

BMW is clearly a busy company but 2-3 months for a wait while you service my car is ridiculous. They put me in BMW mini locally for a service who were excellent. The whole team there were excelptionally helpful and polite.
Sold a Stratstone service deal - didn't realise that I would have to travel 60 miles to Derby each service as advised at time of sale any local Stratstone dealer would do service The raise excellent experience

As above. Once you are there its good but the lead times are poor. The work took an extra half day (Overnight) and then I had to call out the emergency service as something went wrong with the part fitted.
Details supplied to Chris Astle still awaiting a response to their investigation. Too much detail to put on here but husband was told by a sales person that their workload was more important than my purchase and he was abused for raising a complaint.
Stratstone BMW were very poor. A month to get booked in for service. Left in show room for an hour and left on the phone for a long time. Was transferred to Stratstone Mini for service and they were excellent. Great communication and apologetic
Oil drain cover took 3 attempts to stay closed,bit that apart it was good.
The car came back cleaned and valeted to a very high standard this is the best driving experience I have ever had in over fifty years of driving.
Not all the scheduled work on my car was completed, because there was no technician available to demonstrate the problem too when I dropped my car off. As a result I have had to make a second appointment. A waist of time for me and Stratstones.

I use Stratstone mini as they are professional, have time for customers and are very efficient.
Was supposed to cleaned inside and out after service, but it was barely touched inside. Little disappointed. Sat nav was updated but I still wouldn't trust it. It still sends me the wrong way up a dual carriage way
I purchased a vehicle that I wasn't initially looking for but that I'm extremely satisfied with.

Excellent friendly service.
They were very good at sourcing the right car for me and seemed to have access to a wide range of choices and options. There was a little bit of confusion around the final costings and price, but some of this was due to the dealer's own paperwork.

The handover was really good, concise but not restrictive and no pressure to drive away ASAP. However during purchase I felt slightly mislead at times (not enough to stop the purchase but questioned) and lacking communication leading up to delivery.

The after service has been some of the worst customer service I have received from any company. I reported the error within one day of picking up my car and I am still waiting for a resolution.
I enjoyed the luxurious feeling in the showroom. However I was messed around a lot with the delivery of my vehicle. I was told It was a 7 day turn around and I ended up waiting a lot longer. I was promised a full tank of fuel which wasn't filled up
