Wayne is an exceptional asset to BMW Stratstone Derby. Nothing is too much trouble, patient and excellent customer service skills. You need to look after him, absolutely excellent and he was the reason we returned to you.

Chris Whitmore at the dealer was excellent to deal with. He was very responsive and put together a great deal in a very short space of time and remained pragmatic to find a deal. Once a deal was agreed Chris kept me updated as the process developed.

Again it's Chris langham he's been exceptional. Original I was dealing with someone else whose was snot good very rude was unable to answer questions. Spoke to the receptionist. Rectified promptly and was dealt with Chis and I must say. Amazing

Nothing was too much trouble and made the transaction very simple. Tried synter bmw dealerships closer to home and got ignored when visiting them so chose the stratstone derby dealership because they were the ones who actually showed an interested.

Came in for a fault with charging port cap, poor updates. I had to chase and then found out recalled for steering issue - nobody had told me.

A major service was completed in just 2 hours 40 minutes. Very happy to have my car returned quickly but doesn't this seem a little too quick? Tyre pressures all different when car returned. Lots of dried water spots left after washing.

My car came in for an interim service and I was very happy with everything. I brought some floating centre caps and they fitted them for me at no cost, which was a nice touch.

Overall very satisfied. Only reason not a 5star was that I had to leave the car from 9 to 4, was lucky that I could walk to a nearby relation and worked from their house that day.

Left waiting because the courtesy car had a popped tyre. That's fine but it took a while for anyone to come and tell me why I was sat there 20 mins. Substitute car was poorly cleaned but understandable given situation.

Normally I give it a 4/5 as nobody has let me know in the past when it's ready. Always seemed to fall at the end of the day and I would have to ring. Things improved this time, and I got a call earlier in the day to say when it would be ready.

Whilst my mot was carried out successfully the experience was unfortunately affected by a problem with your car ramp. What should have taken a couple of hours I had to leave my car overnight meaning I had no car for most of 2 days.

Service was fine. The agent I spoke with to make the booking was excellent. It would be nice to have chance to speak to the technician. The locker system for key return is a bit impersonal. Nice that the car was valeted and I was offered a coffee

One issue was not resolved, the RH centre cent does not fully adjust. The valet was very poor, windows streaked, door sills dirty.

I was a loyal Mercedes driver, but Shahin, the sales manager, was so knowledgeable about BMWs. He explained the specific features on the BMW and how it would be perfect for my lifestyle. I was so impressed, I ended up going with the BMW!
