Good work on car as usual. But communication poor (also as usual unfortunately) when no one called to say car ready. I'm not sure about the automatic key dropping service because you don't get to know who your service representative before you leave.

The one thing that constantly lets you down is communication. answering the phone or calling back is not up to the standard of the rest of the service that you get. if the service desks are busy then management need to put something in place

The customer service has always been very good at Stratstone Derby. Unfortunately they have been unable to rectify the above mentioned rattle/vibrations coming from the doors/windows of my car. I Intend to book the car back in with Stratstone soon.

My first visit back to Stratstone following buying a new car was a catalogue of issues.. 1) I was told I'd have to pay for my first service when booking it in. Despite explaining I had bought the 3 year ***not enough room to write my comments here

The parts department forgot to order a part needed for my car to pass its MOT. I know they are busy, but this did cause delay and led to me needing a fleet car to cover the extra time needed to do the work.

Stratstone kept me informed as the fault on my X5 50e took 6 weeks to diagnose and rectify so 5* to Stratstone but the delays it seems were caused by BMW technical and the communication process which added to the delays so 3* to BMW

I think if it was clear from the outset of how long the car would have taken that would have been fine, but I wasn't informed of this until I rang up later in the day to check progress. The staff were very apologetic though.

Slight miscommunication on timings when dropping car off. Todd it would be ready by 1pm latest which differed to when I booked vehicle in and was told BMW closed at 12pm so it would 100% be ready by midday.

I initially presented the car for an interior LED fault, the dealership completed a health check and identified fluid loss from a pipe associated with the turbo. I wouldn't of been aware of the fault without their diagnosis which I appreciate.

Health check report stated o/s track rod end gaiter split and leaking grease with immediate replacement required for safety. When checked the part was not damaged and the grease was a small stone that fell off when lightly touched.

Car purchased in April 2023. I waited more than 3 weeks for the car to arrive from Donacaster. No explanation for delay. Car wasn't clean on pick-up. I was told the car had its MOT done when I took it June. It was not I drove for 2 weeks without MOT

The only issue is that when on a service plan there are no details provided of the work done under the plan, when additional work (not covered by the plan) is invoiced.
